BagheeraNVG – Limited Warranty (Housing & Integrated Electronics Only)

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

BagheeraNVG warrants to the original purchaser that the device housing, including integrated electronic components contained within the housing, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

Covered components include:

• External body and structural frame

• Battery compartment and contacts

• Power supply circuitry

• Integrated onboard electronics

• Control interfaces and switches

This warranty applies strictly and exclusively to verified manufacturing defects in the housing and its integrated electronics.

2. Components Specifically Excluded

This Limited Warranty does not apply to, and BagheeraNVG provides no warranty for:

• Image intensifier tubes (Gen 2, Gen 3, or otherwise)

• Objective lenses

• Eyepieces / ocular lenses

• Any glass elements

• Optical assemblies

• External accessories (mounts, battery packs, cables, helmets, cases, etc.)

• Cosmetic wear (finish wear, scratches, anodizing wear)

All tubes and lenses are sold as-is unless expressly covered in a separate written warranty agreement.

3. Exclusions and Void Conditions

This warranty is void and shall not apply to any damage or condition resulting from:

• Accidental damage

• Impact, drop, crushing, or shock damage

• Water intrusion, moisture exposure, rain, humidity, or submersion

• Improper installation or removal of tubes or lenses

• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling

• Improper battery installation or battery leakage

• Operation outside intended specifications

• Unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly

• Tampering, removal of seals, or alteration of serial numbers

Any evidence of water intrusion or internal corrosion immediately voids this warranty.

4. Warranty Remedy

If BagheeraNVG determines, in its sole discretion, that a manufacturing defect exists within the housing or its integrated electronics during the warranty period, BagheeraNVG will:

• Repair the defective housing, or

• Replace the housing with the same or equivalent model

The determination of defect and method of remedy shall be made solely by BagheeraNVG.

This remedy is the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• BagheeraNVG’s liability is strictly limited to repair or replacement of the housing and integrated electronics.

• BagheeraNVG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

• Liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the housing assembly.

No other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided except as expressly stated herein.

6. Eligibility

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
