TERMS OF PURCHASE
By placing an order with Bagheera NVG, you agree to the policies outlined below. Please review them before completing your purchase.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Custom builds may require up to 7 business days prior to shipment.
We ship using the most efficient and secure method available based on your location and order type. Signature confirmation is required for all night vision devices for insurance and security purposes.
Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, transit timing is outside of our control. Once delivery is confirmed at the address provided, responsibility transfers to the customer. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
Expedited shipping options are available when applicable.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept all major credit cards with no additional processing fees.
Customers who prefer to pay by check or money order may request a 3% cash discount by submitting a request through the Contact Us form prior to placing the order. Orders paid by check or money order will ship only after funds have fully cleared.
For first-time customers placing orders over $250, billing and shipping addresses must match unless approved in advance.
Cancelled orders are subject to a 3% processing fee.

RETURNS
Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Bagheera NVG is focused on long-term customer relationships. If you experience an issue, submit a request through the Contact Us form and we will work toward a fair resolution.

SALES TAX
Sales tax is collected where required under applicable state and federal economic nexus laws. Compliance ensures we remain operational and able to support our customers long-term.

PRIVACY POLICY
Customer information is used solely for order processing and support. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information.

EXPORT COMPLIANCE
Night vision devices and related components are regulated under U.S. export law.
Exporting, transferring, reselling, or providing controlled items to foreign persons without proper authorization is illegal.
Bagheera NVG ships only within the United States. No exceptions.
Purchasers are responsible for complying with all applicable U.S. export regulations. Sales to restricted parties or sanctioned regions are strictly prohibited.
